B. No affiliation disclaimer

C. Health & safety

"Apparel is 100% polyester performance fabric, not flame-resistant workwear. Do not use near open flame."

D. Limitation of liability

"Flannel Daddy Loot LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of products. Maximum liability is limited to purchase price."

E. Prop 65 (California)

Since you're CA-based and selling imported polyester + metal keychains, add a short warning to be safe:
