Welcome to FlannelDaddyLoot.com. These are the rules for shopping with us. By browsing, adding to cart, or buying anything, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please exit and go touch grass.

1. Who We Are

Flannel Daddy Loot LLC ("we," "us") is a California company based in Newark, CA. We sell limited-edition flannels, hats, and EDC gear through Shopify. "You" means the customer using the site.

2. You Must Be 18+

This site is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to purchase, especially our knives, balisong trainers, and keychains. By ordering, you confirm you are legal age in your state and will follow all local laws. We cancel orders that violate this.

3. Products

Most flannels are 100% polyester or poly-spandex blends made by our partners Divided Flannel Co. and Hales Speed Shop. They are designed for style and comfort, not for workwear or flame resistance. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

Names like "The Crow," "Buddha," "Ooze," and "Autobot" are parody designs. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any movie, band, or brand that owns those names.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send your confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes. Limited drops are first come, first served. When it's sold out, it's gone.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in USD and shown on product pages. We may change prices anytime. We use Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card number.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping times, costs, and return instructions are in our separate Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Please read those before ordering. In short: US shipping only, 2 to 4 day processing, 30-day returns on unworn flannels with tags. Knives and final-sale drops cannot be returned.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, photos, logos, and our fake movie-poster ads belong to us or our partners. You may share them to show off your gear, but you may not copy, resell, or use them to make your own products.

8. Acceptable Use

Don't use bots, scrape our site, or try to break our checkout. Don't file a chargeback before emailing us. We will ban accounts that abuse discount codes or harass our team.

9. Disclaimers

We provide the site and products "as is." We do not guarantee a flannel will improve your grill skills, your dad jokes, or your dating life. We disclaim all warranties to the extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or your spouse being mad about another package. Some states do not allow this, so it may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

12. Changes

We update our drops constantly, and we may update these terms too. We will post the new effective date at the top. Using the site after changes means you accept them.
