Returns & Exchanges

We want you wearing it, not returning it.

•  30 days from delivery to decide. Must be unworn, unwashed, with tags. If it smells like campfire, motor oil, or regret — that’s a no

•  Email hello@flanneldaddyloot.com with order # and why. Josie will send you the return address

•  You pay return shipping unless we messed up (wrong size, defect, or we sent you a penguin instead of a flannel)

•  Refunds hit your original payment in 5–7 business days after we get it back

•  Sale items = final sale. We’ll mark them clearly so you don’t get surprised

Defective? Send photos. We’ll replace it free and cover shipping. We stand behind these flannels — I wear them to fix the water heater.

Exchanges? Same process as returns. Just tell us what size/color you want instead and we’ll ship it once the first one is on its way back.
